Describe the Resource:
The teacher can use this record sheet to record the questions which were chosen for each student and the response they gave.
Students in year 1 may not be able to read and write well so an oral assessment is the most suitable way to assess how much they have been taking in.
Taking notes of their answers and giving it to the parents can be beneficial as the parents will know how their child is progressing and which particular topics or which types of questions they struggle with.
The comments section can also be used for positive feedback.
