Keeping Environment Clean
A trip was arranged for the students to visit the park. They were divided into groups. The intention was to encourage children to pick up rubbish as an act of sadaqah and to do so out of choice. The children were all asked, “who would like to earn reward from Allah and pick up some rubbish”?
Thereafter, one group at a time used the litter pickers to pick up rubbish from the park and put it in the rubbish bags which were taken by staff. The rest of the children enjoyed playing sports whilst awaiting their turn.
Overall a great outdoor activity to try with students!
